Adobe CS5.5 Upgrade Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in the Adobe CS5.5 Upgrade offer, you agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
2. Customers who purchase any Adobe CS5 Student and Teacher edition from
Software4Students between April 11th and July 10th 2011 are eligible to upgrade
to the CS5.5 edition for free.
Please Note: Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop CS5 Extended are not available to upgrade to CS5.5 from Adobe, Software4Students or any other retailers.
3. All upgrades must be claimed before July 25th 2011, otherwise customers
will not receive their upgrade for free.
4. This offer is organised and hosted by Adobe Systems. All customers must
contact Adobe
directly with proof of purchase from Software4Students to claim their free upgrade.
6. Under no circumstances will Software4Students upgrade customers to CS5.5.
All upgrades are handled directly by Adobe Systems.
7. Software4Students shall not be liable in respect of any non-performance of
Adobe Systems. Under no circumstances will Software4Students be held liable for
any customers that do not upgrade to CS5.5 by the claims date.
8. Software4Students may modify these terms and conditions at any time
without notice to Participants by posting revised terms and conditions on the
Site. Any such changes or modifications shall become effective immediately upon
posting. It is the Participants’ responsibility to periodically check for any
modifications to these terms and conditions.
