'Cash Back Promotion' Terms and Conditions
1. Software4Students invite you to participate in the Lightroom 3 'Cash Back Promotion'.
By particpating in the promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
2. The Cash Back promotion is organised and hosted by Software4Students (the
"Promoter").
3. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 29th March 2011 and runs until the
closing date of the promotion on 10th April 2011 at 11.59pm (the "Closing
Date").
4. To receive the £25 cash back offer:
(a) Customers must purchase Adobe
Photoshop Lightroom 3 along with one of the following products from
Software4Students: Design Premium CS5, Web
Premium CS5, Master Collection CS5, or Production Premium CS5.
(b) Both products must be purchased at the same time on the same day
5. Customer purchases will go through an approval process to ensure all terms
and conditions are met prior to the £25 refund process. Refunds of the £25 will
be approved by the Promoter within 24 hours of the purchase Monday to Friday.
All purchases on a Saturday or Sunday will be approved within 24 hours of
the next working day (Monday).
6. Once customer purchases are approved, a refund of £25 will be applied back
to the card that was used to make the original payment. All refunds may take
between 3 - 10 working days to appear back on your card.
7. The Promoter may modify these terms and conditions at any time without
notice to Participants by posting revised terms and conditions on the Site. Any
such changes or modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting.
It is the Participants’ responsibility to periodically check for any
modifications to these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable in respect of any non-performance of its
obligations by reason of any act of God, civil war or strife, hostilities, act
of foreign enemy, invasion, war, satellite failure, legal enactment,
governmental order or regulation or any other cause beyond its respective
control.
