Eduserv Student Select License agreement
Under the Eduserv Student Select License agreement, students and teachers can obtain affordable
full professional software through the Software4Students programme. Institutes are also eligible to take part
in the Software4Students rebate scheme.
Institutes that actively promote the Software4Students programme on campus or in school are entitled to rebate.
this rebate is intended to help promote the use of ICT in education.
The following are the terms of our rebate:
- A minimum of £500 of net sales must be attributed to each Institute in one academic year (1 September to August 31)
- The Institute must be seen to be actively promoting the programme within the organisation. This is to include posters up in the college
and the Software4Students logo on the college website linking back to the Software4Students domain, for the duration of the programme
- The rebate amounts to 5% of the license cost of each purchase asgainst Microsoft Student Select Plus Agreement software
- The Institute must register their intent to access the rebate by October 31st** of the academic year, they
intend to receive the rebate for. Registration for the rebate is accepted by sending an e-mail containing the institutes name
and contact details to rebate@software4students.co.uk
- Institutes must claim their rebate within three months of the end of the academic year they are claiming for
- Licenses must be purchased and processed through the Eduserv Student Select License agreement
*Institutions can apply for a rebate for the remainder of the 2010/2011 academic year by the 31 st of January.
Rebates wil be calculated from the 1 st of February.
