Software4Students Facebook campaign
To help remind Microsoft and other top software companies to continue to support discounted student software, we've set up a Software4Students Facebook campaign.
So the next time you visit Facebook, pop along to our page and voice your support for this initiative. Your opinion counts!
Have Your Say
Here's an example of some of the feedback we get on a daily basis (unedited):
"I am a Mum of 3 children - all at school. My eldest is severely disabled and attends a special school, middle one just completed AS levels and youngest approaching key stage 3. I have bought Word Professional and am delighted - my children are able to complete homework/projects etc. I just could not afford the Software so was delighted to find your site."
"Just wanted to send some feedback with regards to you being able to continue Software4Students with Microsofts backing. I have two children at school, aged 10 and 14. Both have good IT provision at school, and have also had access to computers and the internet at home, since they were young. However, the costs involved in programs such as Office used to rule it out at home, although my older son uses it extensively at school. Now with this scheme, children can use software that they may well encounter as they leave education and start a career. They also appreciate that software needs to be purchased. And lastly, it must be good for Microsoft to have up and coming software purchasers exposed to their products."
"Thank you for the promotional pack, this is really a great scheme. We have had a lot of interest in this scheme from parents and many have taken up the offer, including me! I currently have a message on our year group web page telling students and parents about it ~ http://www.ashlyns.herts.sch.uk/student_news/y9-11.htm. I also periodically highlight this on our homepage" Take 1 minute to support discount software for students on Facebook!
